5. Making a Warranty Claim

A detailed description of the fault.
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Once your claim has been reviewed:
We may arrange for inspection of the product.
If approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
If the product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value.
6. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product purchased.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as installation costs, labour costs, or water damage).
