4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout via Stripe (credit/debit card).
- If a pricing error is discovered, we are not obliged to fulfil the order and will notify you.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available to addresses within the UK only.
- Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days from order confirmation.
- Some deliveries may be curb side delivery only (driver is not obliged to bring goods into the property).
- Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or faulty once returned and inspected.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment.
7. Warranty
- All items are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation.
