1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or outside the UK.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days from order confirmation.
Lead times may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
3. Delivery Method
Deliveries are made by our trusted courier partners.
Please note: some items are delivered as curb side delivery only. This means the driver is not obliged to carry goods inside your property.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe handling of products once delivered curb side.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Occasionally, free delivery promotions may apply, these will be clearly advertised.
5. Receiving Your Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or an authorised person.
Please check your items carefully upon delivery. Any damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours by emailing sales@bathroombundles.co.uk.
If nobody is available to accept delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the goods, the courier may charge for redelivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders not collected from courier depots within their holding period may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information by email where available.
If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us.
8. Delivery Restrictions
Large items (such as shower trays) may require two-person lifting. Customers should ensure suitable access to the property.
If access restrictions apply (e.g., narrow lanes, flats above ground level), please inform us at the time of ordering. Failure to do so may result in failed delivery and additional charges.
