At Bathroom Bundles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle damages, returns, and refunds in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
All products are checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@bathroombundles.co.uk with photographs of the damage.
Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for the item to be collected or returned.
A full refund or replacement will be issued once the product has been inspected and confirmed as faulty.
2. Returns Under Consumer Rights
You have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Products that have been installed or used.
Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
Customised or bespoke products (if applicable).
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been inspected.
If items are confirmed as faulty or damaged, a full refund including delivery costs will be made.
If items are returned due to change of mind (within 14 days), the product cost only will be refunded delivery costs are non-refundable.
5. Warranty Returns
All items are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
To claim under warranty, contact us at sales@bathroombundles.co.uk with proof of purchase and details of the fault.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper installation or not following the appropriate aftercare advice.
6. How to Return an Item
Contact us at sales@bathroombundles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm the return process and provide return instructions.
Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Send the item back using a trackable courier service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
