What exactly is a Bathroom Bundle?

A Bathroom Bundle is a complete bathroom package that includes everything you need to create a fully fitted, coordinated bathroom — from the bath, basin, toilet, and taps to accessories, waste fittings, and sometimes even tiles.
Each bundle is pre-designed for style, quality, and compatibility, so you don’t have to spend hours mixing and matching.

Are the bundles really “all-in-one”?

Yes. Each collection includes all the core components to install a complete bathroom.
You’ll only need tools, plumbing materials (e.g. pipes, sealant, fixings), and an installer if you’re not fitting it yourself.

Can I customise a bundle?

Most bundles are fixed to keep pricing simple and affordable.
However, many offer selectable finishes (like tap colour, bath size, or tile choice) which you can choose before checkout.
Custom bundles aren’t currently available, but our team can help you find the closest match to your vision.

Are Bathroom Bundles suitable for small bathrooms or en-suites?

Yes! We offer a range of compact collections designed for smaller spaces.

Do your products come from recognised brands?

Absolutely. We source from trusted UK bathroom manufacturers and suppliers who meet our quality and safety standards.
Each component is carefully selected for durability, ease of installation, and long-term reliability.

Are all the products in the bundle guaranteed to match?

Yes — every item within a bundle is chosen to match in style and finish.
We make sure tap designs, ceramic colours, and accessories all complement one another perfectly.

Pricing & Payments

Is the price fixed or can it change?

The price you see on the bundle page is the total price — no hidden extras, no surprises.
Any optional selections (like tile colour) won’t change the price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported by your device)
  • Bank transfer on request

All payments are handled securely through our checkout provider.

Can I pay a deposit or spread the cost?

Currently, all payments are made in full at checkout.

Delivery & Collection

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days across the UK mainland.
We’ll confirm your delivery date by phone or email once your bundle is prepared.

Who handles the delivery?

We use trusted delivery partners experienced with large and fragile bathroom items.
They’ll contact you to arrange a delivery window and confirm access details.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is included in your bundle price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, islands) may incur a small surcharge.

Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?

At the moment, we deliver only to UK mainland addresses.

Is delivery curb-side or do they bring it inside?

Most deliveries are curb-side only due to the weight and size of bathroom goods.
Drivers are not insured to carry items inside the property, so please ensure someone is available to help unload and move boxes safely indoors.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you with tracking information or direct contact details for the delivery partner handling your order.

What if I’m not home on delivery day?

If you miss your delivery, our carrier will contact you to rearrange.
Redelivery fees may apply if multiple attempts are missed.

Order & Product Information

How will my order arrive?

Your Bathroom Bundle will arrive securely packaged, often on a pallet or in multiple boxes.
Each item will be clearly labelled to match your order contents list.

Do I need to check the items when they arrive?

Yes, please. We ask all customers to check and report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
That way we can replace or refund them quickly.

What if something arrives damaged?

If anything is damaged, simply take a few photos and contact us within 48 hours.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund straight away — no hassle.

What if an item is missing from my bundle?

Rarely, items may arrive separately due to supplier delivery schedules.
If anything’s missing, contact our team and we’ll confirm the remaining delivery details.

Are installation instructions included?

Yes, most products include manufacturer installation guides in the box.
If not, we can email you digital copies on request.

Are fittings and fixings included?

Yes — everything required to assemble the items (brackets, fixings, screws, etc.) is included.
You’ll just need standard plumbing materials such as silicone sealant and pipe connectors.

Installation

Can I install the bathroom myself?

If you’re confident with plumbing and DIY, you can.
However, we always recommend using a qualified plumber or bathroom installer to ensure everything is fitted safely and in line with warranty terms.

Are the products compatible with UK plumbing systems?

Yes, all components are designed for standard UK water pressures and fittings.
If your home has an unusual setup (e.g. gravity-fed or high-pressure system), check the product details or ask us before ordering.

Do I need special tools or equipment?

No specialist tools are required beyond normal plumbing tools (adjustable wrench, screwdriver, silicone, pipe cutters, etc.).

Do you offer installation services?

Not at this time, but we can recommend trusted local installers in certain areas if needed.

Can I mix products from different bundles?

We don’t currently offer mix-and-match checkout options, but you can contact our team if you’d like to substitute a specific product — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Warranty & Aftercare

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — all Bathroom Bundles come with a minimum 12-month warranty, and some components (e.g. taps, showers, ceramics) carry extended manufacturer warranties.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal domestic use.
It does not cover accidental damage, incorrect installation, or misuse.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We’ll handle the process with the manufacturer and keep you updated every step of the way.

How do I keep my new bathroom looking its best?
  • Clean regularly with mild soap and water.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or bleach.
  • Dry surfaces after use to prevent water marks and limescale.
  • Check seals and joints periodically for wear.
Do I need to register my warranty?

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

When will I receive my refund?

Can I cancel my order before it arrives?

Yes — if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once dispatched, you’ll need to follow the returns process instead.

However, creating an account lets you track orders, view past purchases, and save your favourite collections.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. VAT invoices are automatically sent by email after checkout.

Can I update my delivery address after ordering?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
